Taking the existing rec center from 48,000 square feet to 108,000 square feet has helped turn The Rec of Grapevine into a an activity center for community members of all ages. Located on approximately 10 acres of land, the development not only enlarged the existing center but also associated parking and service drive pedestrian walkways. As the civil engineering firm Pacheco Koch provided demolition, dimensional control, site grading, storm sewer design, water/wastewater services, erosion control and site paving plans. Coordinating with the City of Grapevine and Barker Rinker Seacat Architects was instrumental in meeting deadlines to provide citizens with a unique venue.
