Steven has more than 16 years of civil engineering experience in design on both public and private sector projects. His duties include project design and review, being a resource to project engineers and managers, completing self-directed studies and design efforts, assisting team leaders in various capacities, and coordinating the day-to-day activities to ensure projects are completed on time. He has developed a thorough understanding of the land development process including coordination with local and state review agencies, design team members, and owners.

Steven has worked on various site development projects of varying complexities ranging from commercial, retail, office, industrial and manufacturing, hospitals, municipal facilities, schools, and higher education projects. In addition, he coordinates the LEED® training and accreditation for the firm, as well as the technical training program for the company.
