GSW Industrial Park: Repurposing a golf course into an industrial park.
Developing a 100-acre golf course into a site for factories and industrial businesses takes coordination. As the civil and traffic engineering firm on the project, Pacheco Koch worked with the City of Grand Prairie, TxDOT, TRA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Union Pacific to bring GSW Industrial Park which consists of the three buildings, totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet.
